For our fourth year of partnership with Pôle Emploi, last Tuesday we received 25 job seekers.
Celloplast is preparing for the 2022 season and in order to better manage the peak of activity, we have organized our usual recruitment campaign.
For four years now, we have established a partnership with Pôle Emploi to remedy the recruitment difficulties and directly address people seeking employment.
The aim is to promote training and employment in the region while meeting the staffing needs for the smooth running of our business. For this we recruit motivated candidates, whether or not they have CACES * training (Certificate of Aptitude for Safe Driving), for a period of eight months. If the candidates do not have a CACES permit, we co-finance it with Pôle Emploi.
Thanks to this initiative, we hire involved and serious people to accompany us during the season for an eight-month fixed-term contract. Those selected obtain training, certification and significant professional experience. A win-win action!
Following the recruitment day held on November 23, we selected 14 job seekers. These people spend two days in immersion at our Celloplast site in Val-du-Maine. At the end of these two days, those selected will complete the CACES training before taking up their duties in early January.
* The CACES Licence allows you to prove your ability to drive handling and construction equipment as well as lifting platforms. The license includes theoretical tests and practical tests and lasts between two and three days.
