On the range of solutions for oyster farming, Intermas presents its new Basket AP8. A plastic basket designed specifically for floating and suspended oyster systems, adaptable and very easy to handle.
Thanks to its shape the basked volume is optimized and allows oysters to move, and its dimensions makes a perfect product allowing to support up to 10-15 kg of shellfish inside. Unlike the static basket, this solution grants the final product a concave shape with more meat and allowing a faster growth. In addition, the AP8 basket has a very competitive price to achieve the maximum profitability when using it. Intermas recommends the FO-I (L700) model for flotation, perfect for handling and turning the basket.
